Resort Guest Identification
Until September 7, 2008, Disney World used wristbands during EMH hours to identify on-site guests. As of this date, they will only continue to use wristbands during Typhoon Lagoon EMH. Disney World has made this change to keep millions of non-recyclable bands out of landfills each year, in support of their commitment to operating in an environmentally responsible manner. In addition, they feel it will enhance the guest experience.
Now, guests will be required to show their resort ID cards (Keys to the Kingdom) for admission to morning EMH and during evening EMH. This makes it essential to bring resort IDs for every member of your party to the park, even the kids. If you do not have your resort ID available, a cast member at a FASTPASS kiosk can print an Extended Hours ticket upon request.
