Inspired by the magic of Disney Movies, Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort is one of the popular value resorts at Walt Disney World. Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort features giant icons from many favorite Disney feature films. Furthermore, these icons set the scene for lots of fun and also provide perfect photo spots for guests. Moreover, colossal images from “101 Dalmatians,” “Toy Story,” “Fantasia,” “The Mighty Ducks,” and “The Love Bug” decorate the resort hotel.

For a fun and more relaxing way to spend a day during your visit to Walt Disney World, each resort hosts Poolside Activities each day. Pool hours and lifeguard availability vary by pool. However, activities and programs are subject to change. Although the activities vary by day and by resort, examples of what you might find include trivia, arts and crafts, dance parties, games, bingo, and more.

These times are approximate, so they are provided to give you an idea of average travel times. Most importantly, please plan on up to a 20-minute wait for Disney transportation in addition to walking time to resort or theme park transportation stops.

Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort Childcare Options
There are no Disney-operated, on-site childcare or kids club options available at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort.
However, families staying at Disney resorts may use Kid’s Nite Out, a third-party, in-room babysitting service that serves children from approximately 6 weeks (or months) to 12 years old. Services are not operated by Disney and must be scheduled in advance. While appointments may be available at many times of day, availability is based on booking and is not guaranteed 24/7.
Additionally, the Walt Disney World Dolphin offers a supervised children’s activity center called Camp Dolphin. Camp Dolphin is an evening drop-off program (not full-day childcare) and is open to children ages approximately 5–12. Guests do not need to stay at the Dolphin to use Camp Dolphin, but reservations are required, and space is limited.

Depending on where your room is located, you may be closer to the food court, bus stops, or pool located at another All- Star Resort.
“Preferred room” refers to the location of the room in relation to buses and food; however, it’s the same room regarding size and bedding as in the rest of the resort. Preferred location rooms are located in the “101 Dalmatians” and “Toy Story” themed sections of the resort.
In-Room Beverage Coolers and Wifi: The value resorts have a mini refrigerator in every room, large enough for water bottles or other beverages. Additionally, All Star Movies also has free wifi</a> available throughout the entire resort.
There’s a McDonald’s within a short distance of the All-Star Resorts (0.5 – 1.2 miles away, depending on the resort) if you are looking for an option other than the food court.

Playground: Are you taking young children with you? Let them get their wiggles out at the playground located between the Fantasia and Toy Story sections.
