Disney’s Copper Creek Villas are a part of the overall Wilderness Lodge Resort. These villas and cabins make up the new Disney Vacation Club portion of the resort. Boulder Ridge is the previous Disney Vacation Club addition to the Wilderness Lodge, and is a separate building connected by a covered walkway. This resort continues the rustic pacific northwest theme of the Wilderness Lodge with lots of exposed stone and a modern log cabin style. Copper Creek Villas is an idyllic retreat that feel like a piece of the wilderness, all while still being within a short boat ride of the hustle and bustle of the Magic Kingdom.

Accommodations at Copper Creek Villas range from a deluxe studio room that sleeps 4, to a Grand Villa that can house up to 12 guests. In addition, there are waterfront cabins that sleep up to 8 guests. A total of 184 villas have been added inside of the Wilderness Lodge as part of the Copper Creek Villas, and 26 waterfront cabins have been built by Bay Lake.

A deluxe studio room sleeps up to 4 guests. These rooms have a queen- size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The one bedroom room at Copper Creek Villas sleeps up to 4 guests. This room has a king-size bed along with a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The two bedroom suite at Copper Creek Villas sleeps up to 8 guests. This room features a king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Grand Villa

The Grand Villa is a 3-bedroom suite that can house up to 12 guests. This style of room features a king-size bed, 4 queen-size beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa.

Cascade Cabins

These waterfront, private cabins sleep up to 8 adults in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. The rooms feature a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, a bunk size pull-down sleeper sofa, and a twin-size sleeper chair.

Transportation Times Between Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney Destinations

Disney’s bus service is available to the Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the Magic Kingdom and the Animal Kingdom, as well as Disney Springs and the Disney water parks. To get to the buses, go past the arcade toward the Villas. There is a sheltered area to wait for the buses.

To travel to the Magic Kingdom, Contemporary Resort or Fort Wilderness, boat transportation is available. The boat dock is located on Bay Lake past the geyser. Strollers and wheelchairs can be rolled onto the boats, depending on water levels.

These times are approximate, provided to give you an idea of average travel times. Please plan on up to a 20 minute wait for Disney transportation in addition to walking time to resort or theme park transportation stops.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Childcare

There are no on-site childcare options available for Disney’s All-Star Movies.  However, Kid’s Nite Out, an in-room child care service, is available at all resorts for children 6 months to 12 years old.  Services are available 24/7.  

The Walt Disney World Dolphin offer a Children’s Activity Center option and you do not have to be a guest at that resort to use the Children’s Activity Center.  Camp Dolphin
