Disney Dining Plan Plus Information and Examples
The Disney Dining Plan has several levels. The newest is the Disney’s Dining Plan Plus (or The Disney Dining Plan+), which offers another easily affordable and prepaid way to choose snacks and meals throughout Walt Disney World Resort. This Disney Dining Plan Plus includes table-service choices so guests can sample some of Disney’s finer dining options as well as Character Dining! From contemporary to casual, elegant to enchanting, you’ll find a great meal that fits your style and schedule. Other dining plans available are Disney’s Quick Service Dining Plan, Disney Dining Plan and Disney’s Deluxe Dining Plan.
What’s New
In this new level of the Disney Dining Plan, guests can choose either a Quick Service or Table Service meal for two meals a day.
Guests are able to choose from several new beverage options including non-alcoholic specialty beverages and, for Guests 21 and older, beer, wine, and cocktails.
Alcoholic beverages can only be ordered with adult meal entitlements by Guests 21 and older. Alcoholic beverages cannot be ordered with child meal entitlements, even by Guests 21 and older. Guests younger than 21 may only order non-alcoholic beverages. Walt Disney World policy does not allow service of more than two alcoholic drinks per Guest 21 and older.
Items that are included:
Non-alcoholic Options:
- Canned and bottled single-serving non-alcoholic beverages
- Any size single-serving fountain soda (refills included, where available)
- Single-serving non-alcoholic specialty beverages (smoothies, milkshakes, frozen coffees, slushies, etc.)
- Single-serving brewed coffees and teas (refills included, where available)
Alcoholic Options:
- Single serving canned or bottled beer
- Single-serving regular size draft beer
- Single-serving wines by the glass or single-serving canned and bottled wines
- Single-serving canned and bottled cocktails
- Single-serving specialty cocktails on the menu
- Single-serving non-alcoholic specialty beverage that is also on the alcoholic menu (ie: Strawberry smoothie with dark rum.)
Items that are excluded include:
- Any item served in a souvenir container and any souvenir item considered to be merchandise. The dining location should offer a non-souvenir offering of the beverage and have a price for Guests to purchase the souvenir mug if they desire.
- Any item that is not a single serving, such as bottles of wine, pitchers, etc.
- Doubles or floaters and flights
- Spirits in the Ultra-Premium category at dining locations
- select premium wines sold by the ounce
- Select wines by the glass
There is no credit available to upgrade a beverage not included in the plan. The Guest must choose available beverages or they pay full price for the beverage that’s not included.
For 2020, the Disney Dining Plan Plus prices are per person per night. Child rates are for ages 3 to 9.

Using Table Service Credits
Table service credits may be used in many different combinations, at over 100 participating restaurants on Walt Disney World Property. Below is a list of some of the ways guests may use Table Service credits.
Character Dining: 1 Table Service meal may be exchanged for 1 Character Dining Experience. (Meals at Cinderella’s Royal Table Require 2 Table Service Credits.)
Signature Dining and Dinner Shows: 2 Table Service meals may be exchanged for one of the following: 1 Signature Dining Experience at one of Disney’s finest restaurants; 1 Disney Dinner Show – category 2 or 3 seating at any dinner show or category 1 seating for the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue‘s last show of the evening only; 1 Cinderella’s Royal Table Experience; or 1 In-Room Private Dining meal at Deluxe Resorts.
Private Dining/Pizza Delivery: Private in-room dining meals includes an entrée, nonalcoholic drink, and dessert for lunch & dinner. Breakfast also includes juice. Pizza delivery includes one pizza, two non-alcoholic beverages, and two desserts. Gratuities are included. Both are two-credit dining options, although Adult credits only must be used for Pizza delivery.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included for table service, signature restaurants, and character meals. Gratuities are included for Dinner Shows, Private in-room dining, Pizza Delivery, and Cinderella’s Royal Table. Automatic gratuities of 18% will be added for parties of six or more to be paid by guest upon completion of the meal
