The financial institution providing the ATMs, charges a fee for a cash withdrawal by any U.S. cardholder using a card not issued by the financial institution listed. This fee, which will be added to the withdrawal amount, is in addition to any fees that may be assessed by your financial institution. SIM Card Machines
Recently Disney has added a new machine that dispenses pre-paid sim cards so that guests can just slip it into their phone for local service rather than buy another phone or go through the hassle of setting up a Tracfone/net 10 account. This is great for our international guests, or even someone that needs that service. Just buy a new SIM card and insert in an unlocked cell phone to get US service.
