Serenity – a masterful combination of square one cucumber vodka, st. germain elderflower liqueur, muddled strawberries, basil, rosemary, and a splash of lime and pineapple juice

Burnt Orange – herradura blanco infused with brûléed orange and muddled with agave nectar, grand marnier, and orange juice. topped with a flaming orange

Swedish Fish – a cocktail that is sure to take you back. we infuse imperia russian vodka with swedish fish and shake it with fresh lemon juice and rock candy syrup. served up and topped with a swedish fish foam

Florida Born & Raised – st. augustine vodka infused with fresh strawberries, fresh house made lime juice, orange liqueur topped with cucumber foam

Manhattan – our manhattan starts with a classic recipe of four roses small batch bourbon, dolin vermouth, and bitters. it is then aged in an oak barrel until we deem ready. the cocktail you will enjoy is one of the smoothest manhattans made. garnished with brandied cherries

The Last Word – a play on the pre-prohibition cocktail created at the detroit athletic club. we age st.augustine gin in oak barrels with chartreuse and luxardo maraschino liqueur. finished with fresh lime juice and served up

Moscow Mule – circa 1940, california – a classic born on the sunset strip at the cock ‘n’ bull restaurant. we offer three different versions of this classic! effen mule made with effen vodka, cucumber mule made with effen cucumber vodka, and kicks like a mule made with jim beam bourbon. all of our mules are served with fresh lime juice and fever tree ginger beer with crusted ice in a classic ice in a classic copper mug

The Local Bee’s Knees – a re-imagined classic cocktail featuring st. augustine gin, breckenridge bitters, fresh citrus, and honey syrup. shaken and served up with an orange blossom honey foam – $13.00
