Limousine and Towncar Services

There are several reputable limousine/town car service companies that operate between Orlando area and Port Canaveral.  This is often a better value than shuttle service if you are traveling in a party of 4 or more.  Check with the town car service company to be sure you know what is included or not included.  Some companies include a short stop at a location of your choice for you to pick up necessities before you reach your destination, while other companies offer the service at an additional charge.  Same goes with infant/toddler car seats, etc.  Some companies automatically charge gratuity while others leave it to you to decide how much to tip the driver.  Check and compare different companies before you decide who to hire.

Public Transportation

Below is public transportation information for service in the Port Canaveral Area. Ride Share

Both Uber and Lift drivers are available near the ports, as well as in Orlando, and many other nearby cities. Utilizing a ride share option does allow you to get to the port at the time you’re wanting to arrive, however depending on what size car you need, it might be just as cost effective to rent a car and drive it yourself. Pricing tends to range from $70 for a basic ride share vehicle (add about $5 for a vehicle with a car seat) all the way up to about $150 for a more deluxe ride.

Make sure you download the respective app of the ride share service you are looking to use prior to arriving for your vacation and go through the registration process, so you’ll be ready to go when it’s time to go.
