Disney Dining Plan Snacks

Disney Dining Plan snacks at Walt Disney World

There are more choices and flexibility than ever before when using one of Disney’s Dining Plans. All of Disney’s Dining Plans include snack entitlements and the number of snack items has expanded.  When you purchase a dining plan, you will be allotted a certain amount of snacks for each night of your package reservation.  Guests purchasing the Quick Service Dining Plan, Standard Dining Plan and the Deluxe Dining Plan each receive 2 snacks per person per night of the package stay.  Guests purchasing the One of the easiest ways to find the eligible snack items is to look for the purple Disney Dining Plan snacks symbol on menus throughout Walt Disney World.

Disney Dining Plan Snack Items

Disney Dining Plan snacks in the theme parks can include such items as snack-cart ice cream, box of popcorn, medium soft drink or a bottle of water at select counter-service and snack-cart locations. Disney is very flexible, however, about what guests choose as snacks, and many items qualify as long as they are sold as “single serving” items.  At breakfast, the following are considered snacks: cereal, French toast sticks, oatmeal or quinoa, grits, a side of bacon or sausage, side of eggs, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy and hard-boiled eggs. At lunch and dinner, most Quick Service Restaurant side items such as soup or French fries can be purchased with snack credits.  The key is to ask as each dining location has different items.

Snacks may include a single serving of items such as:
Frozen ice cream novelty, popsicle or fruit bar
Popcorn scoop
12 oz. coffee, hot chocolate or hot tea
Prepackaged milk or juice
Piece of whole fruit
Bag of snacks
20 oz. bottle of soda or water
20 oz. fountain soft drink

Certain items are not included in any Disney dining plan such as:
Alcoholic beverages
Items that are more than a single serving (such as a box of doughnuts or a jar of peanut butter)
Items (such as popcorn or drinks) that are served in a souvenir container
Items sold from recreational rental counters
Items considered to be merchandise (such as bottle toppers, glow cubes and bottle straps)
Special dining events offered at certain Table-Service locations
