Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando Resort hosts the Wantilan Luau each week to celebrate in true Polynesian spirit. Luaus, in the Hawaiian culture, have been used to celebrate special occasions and large milestones. During the Wantilan Luau, Guests are able to dine on island cuisine at the all-you-can-eat buffet. There is also live music, as well as hula and fire dancers for your entertainment. If you’re lucky, you might even get to give dancing the hula a try.

What You Need To Know About the Wantilan Luau
Since the Wantilan Luau is such a popular event there is a schedule for making sure everything runs smoothly. Registration begin at 5:30 p.m. and seating for the show begins around 6:00 p.m. Loews Royal Pacific Resort hosts the luau every Saturday night so there is always an opportunity to have great quality family time.
There is something for everyone who attends the Wantilan Luau when it comes to dinner. The menu includes a buffet of different island favorites including soy marinated beef flank steak, Pacific catch of the day, tropical fruits, desserts and more. Kids will love their own buffet full of chicken tenders, macaroni, and more. As is customary for luaus, there is a pit-roasted pig.
This is one of Universal Orlando Resort’s separately ticketed event so be sure to reserve your spot ahead of registration time. Tickets are available online. Tickets include gratuity and drinks. Beverages included are wine, beer, nonalcoholic, and signature Mai Tais. Premium and Priority tickets include a souvenir tiki mug.
