Paradise Pool
Relax and enjoy the cool waters of this pool located on the roof of the third floor of Paradise Pier Hotel. Sunbathe in lounge chairs or in the water, or take a thrilling ride down California Streamin’ waterslide!
Children’s Pool & Adult Whirlpool
For a calmer water experience, there is a children’s pool shallow enough the littles ones, nearby the adult whirlpool spa where relaxation is priority.

Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel offers a number of options for those wanting to keep up with their fitness routine while visiting.
Fitness Center
The fitness center at Paradise Pier Hotel is located conveniently on the second floor. Guests will have access 24 hours a day to the center’s state of the art equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, free weights for lifting, and more. Must be 14 years of age to enter, and a parent or guardian is required to be present for guests under the age of 17.
Rise & Stretch in the Park
A 45 minute morning stretch that takes place inside Disney California Adventure Park. Guests should arrive promptly at 5:45am in front of the gates of the park. Mats are provided Register upon check in, as space is limited and this stretch is very popular.
Grand Morning Stretch
This is 45 minutes instructor-led morning sequence focused on improved circulation, releasing tightness, and centered breathing. Great for gearing up for a day of playing the parks! Space is limited to reserve your spot at the hotel’s guest services desk.
Mat Pilates
For those looking for a little more heat in the morning should sign up for Mat Pilates. This sequence is also 45 minutes focusing on building strength, balance, and flexibility. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged. Reserve your spot at the hotel’s guest services desk.
Power Up & Go Walk
This is a fast-paced 2 mile walk through Disney California Adventure Park. Beginning at 6am guests will need to wear athletic shoes, be able to keep up with a 15 minutes-mile pace. Strollers and cameras are not permitted. Participants must be at least 14 years of age, and anyone under 17 will need a parent or guardian present. Reservations are required and can be made at the guest services desk.
Movies
Paradise Theater
This theater is specifically designed for kids to be able to watch classic Disney films throughout the day. Keeping with the beachside theme the theater provides comfortable beach chairs for viewing the sandcastle surrounded television screen.
A Magical Night at the Movies
On select nights guests can enjoy screenings of popular Disney films outdoors. Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages (glass containers are not permitted). Ask a cast member or visit the guest services desk for movie times and selections. Seating in the viewing area opens 30 minutes before start time.
Other Recreational Activities
Fireworks
For some of Disneyland Park’s firework shows, guests of Paradise Pier Hotel can watch from the rooftop pool deck. The music and dialogue are broadcasted from the speakers on the deck for the full firework experience.
Trivia Challenges
Guests can add more excitement to a trip to Disneyland Park by picking up a trivia sheet at the guest services desk. Answers will be found in the park, once you’ve found all of the answers return your sheet to the guest services desk and receive a specially themed prize!
