At the Kennedy Space Center in Orlando, Florida there are a number of ways to explore and learn all about science and space shuttles, and great discounts! You can even watch space shuttle launches when you plan ahead. This page is provided to help you receive the most out of your experience with a list of all the way you can save!

General Admission

Non-discounted tickets are purchased through the Kennedy Space Center’s official website, or at the ticket window at the Kennedy Space Center. There are two types of general admission tickets: Daily admission & Multi day admission.

Daily Admission

With the daily admission ticket there are a number of experiences included; Space Shuttle Atlantis, The Shuttle Launch Experience, Heroes & Legends featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, Bus tours, Journey to Mars: Explorers Wanted, IMAX Theater 3D films, and many different shows and exhibits. One of the coolest things about the general admission ticket is right from Kennedy Space Center you can even witness a real space shuttle launch!

Multi-day Admission

Paying for itself, he multi-day ticket is really beneficial for those who want to get to everything, or see a number of tours & exhibitions. There is no way to see everything the Kennedy Space Center has to offer in one day so the multi-day ticket is offered and gives you unlimited admission at the Center for 1 year. This tickets includes everything from the daily tickets, with a few bonuses.

  • 1 free parking voucher for first return visit within 30 days
  • 10% off admission for up to 6 other guests per visit

Discounts

Guests can often take advantage of special savings at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Specials are often available for Seniors, Florida Residents, Military and more. To purchase special offers, visit KSC’s web site.

Military

ACTIVE DUTY U.S. active duty military can receive $4.00 off adult general admission tickets, and $3.00 off child tickets. Military I.D is required at the time of purchase. Also, receive 10% off merchandise and food.

ACTIVE DUTY, RETIRED, & RESERVES Admission discounts are available at participating ITT/MWR offices on your base or in the Central Florida area for all active duty, reserve, or retired military.

Senior Admission

$4.00 of daily admission when you purchse a senior (55+) ticket at the Complex ticket window. Proof of valid I.D. is required.

Florida Residents

Brevard County residents can receive $5.00 off daily admission with proof of current address at the time of purchase.

5Th Graders

Now for a limited time all 5th graders can get free daily admission to the Kennedy Space Center. Accompanying parent is required, and limited to 3 fifth grader per visit, Student must have proof of grade.

The Mouse For Less Tips

The Orlando Preferred Visitor Magicard is offered by the Orlando Visitors Bureau. If you plan on exploring beyond Walt Disney World borders, Magicard coupons are free and offer discounts to many area restaurants, attractions, hotels, and rental cars. You can download and print your card online for free.

Florida and Georgia educators may be able to receive a free Annual Pass to explore the Kennedy Space Center. To be eligible for an Educator’s Study Pass, educators must possess a valid Florida or Georgia teacher certificate and be currently employed at an accredited school as a full-time K-12 classroom educator. To receive an Educator Study Pass, if available, educators must present these items to the ticket agents located at the ticket plaza. Call (321) 867-4090.
