For a limited time, a sneak peek of Disney’s “The Nutcracker and the Four Realms” will be featured as part of the Walt Disney Presents attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The preview offers Guests an exclusive look at 12 minutes from the film with a special introduction by Mackenzie Foy, who plays Clara. Disney’s “The Nutcracker and the Four Realms” hits theaters on November 2.
To make way for Vampirina’s character greeting location in Animation Courtyard, Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates has left Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, and Pluto will continue to meet Guests in Animation Courtyard.
The Tomorrowland Speedway will be closing January 2 to begin the re-routing of track to make way for the addition of the Tron coaster. Current plans call for the ride to close through to May 17. Disney has said it will open as the same ride, but with adjusted track.
Storybook Dining at Artist Point at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is now accepting reservations for dates beginning December 16. This unique character dinner experience features a seasonal themed menu. Guests will receive one of each appetizer, their choice of entrée and one of each dessert, as well as their choice of non-alcoholic fountain beverage. Snow White, Dopey, Grumpy, and The Queen will join Guests in the Enchanted Forest. For a full menu, click here.
Reservations are now open for Sebastian’s Bistro, the new table service restaurant at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Availability begins from October 8, with lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and dinner from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. In addition, the all new Old Port Royale will also open on October 8. Old Port Royale will include the new front desk and concierge area, and will also include the Centertown Market quick service restaurant, Banana Cabana pool bar, and the Calypso Trading Post. Also on that date, Trinidad North will become Barbados, and Trinidad South will become Trinidad.
