New to Disney+ in April 2021

When April showers bring May flowers, the rain can cause everyone to spend time inside, which is the perfect reason to watch Disney+.

April 2

Easter weekend is the perfect time to watch new Disney+ shows- including Episode 3 of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Episode 2 of The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers, the finale of Secrets of Sulphur Sprints, and an all new movie Treasure Buddies.  Treasure Buddies is a sequel in the popular “Air Bud” franchise series about the buddies heading for ancient Egyptian ruins in search of treasure.

Also streaming for the first time on Disney+ is Disney Walk the Prank (Seasons 1, 2, and 3), Higglytown Heroes (Season 1 and 2), Made in a Day (Season 1), Sharks of the Bermuda Triangle, Night at the Museum, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, Ewoks: The Battle for Endor, Star Wars: Clone Wars- Volumes 1 and 2, and Star Wars: Ewoks (Season 1 and 2).

April 9

Episode 4 of The Falcon and The Winter Solider and Episode 3 of The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers leads the new streaming shows on Disney+.

Streaming for the first time on Disney+ Disney Future-Worm!, Disney Kick Buttowki: Suburgan Daredevil (Season 1 and 2), Man of the House, Mark Twain and Me, Squanto: A Warrior’s Tale, and Cesar Millan: The Real Story.

April 16

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Episode 5 and The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers Episode 4 are new to Disney+ this week.

Big Shot- a new series starring John Stamos as Coach Marvyn Korn premieres this week as well.  Big Shot’s premise positioned Stamos as an NCAA men’s basketball coach forced to downgrade his position to a job at an all-girls high school.  Both the girls and Coach Korn undergo a transformation as they learn more about themselves and each other.

Also streaming for the first time on Disney+ Rio, Primal Survivor (Season 5), and White Fang 2: Myth of the White Wolf.

April 22

For Earth Day, Disney+ is making available the show National Geographic Secrets of the Whales.  This show allows viewers an inside, and in many cases never before seen look at the communication, culture, and social lives of several whale species.

April 23

The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers Episode 5, Big Shot – Episode 2, and the finale of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier top the list of new to Disney+.

Streaming on Disney+ for the first time is Disney Junior Puppy Dog Pals (Season 3), Disney Liv and Maddie (Seasons 1, 2, and 3), Disney Liv and Maddie: Cali Style (Season 4), Disney My Music Story: Sukimaswitch, and Being the Queen.

April 30

Leading off the new shows is The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers Episode 6 and Big Shot – Episode 3.  Also, a new episode of Marvel Studios: Assembled providing an inside look at the creation of The Falcon and the Winter Solider.

First time streaming includes Adventures in Wonderland, Disney Ducktales (Season 3), Disney Junior Mira, the Lone Ranger, and Oklahoma!

In case you missed it…

The Mandalorian is the hit pop-culture, award winning Star Wars show that debuted in November 2019.  Now with two seasons completed, you can settle in for sixteen episodes of Star Wars viewing.  If watching the shows leaves you amazed at the story, music, or technology, Disney Gallery Star Wars: The Mandalorian is the follow-up show.  In Season one Jon Favreau hosts eight episodes of roundtable discussions between the various behind the scenes personnel of the shows.  For Season two, the behind the scenes look continues with one episode that lasts sixty-nine minute.
