So, just what is this Smuggler’s Series? Well, every month, lovers of fine beer, wine, and cocktails gather together in the tunnels of Enzo’s Hideaway to eat, drink and expand their knowledge of various spirits. Enzo’s Hideaway has committed to partnering with brewers and distillers from all over the world and on these evenings, Guests are welcome to enjoy themed spirits which are then accompanied by food pairings in multiple courses courtesy of Chef John Miele. At each event, experts will provide details on how the spirits are made and unique ways to serve them.
This month, the bar will be featuring Ron Abuelo Rum paired with some delicious signature menu items. The event will take place on Saturday, March 23 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. and tickets cost $75 per person.
During this particular experience, Guests will be able to injoy four varieties of rum served in various presentations including neat, on the rocks or in a craft cocktail. Master rum distiller Ron Abuelo will provide details on the education and flavor-exploration of rum-making. The meal will be served in courses which will include housemade Chicken Sausage Parmigiana, Busiate Al Granchio, Mafaldine Al Ragu D’Agnello and Torta Di Pistacchio.
