- Disney has updated their “Disney Look” with some major changes for 2021 as the company adds the inclusion policy. In the latest revision, all Cast Members now have the same options, in regards to makeup, jewelry and nail polish. In addition, for the first time, visible tattoos on Cast Members are now permitted, except on the face, head or neck. The size must be no larger than the Cast Member’s hand. Tattoos that are offensive are not acceptable. In addition, hairstyles and length is now up to the Cast Member, however non-natural colors are not permitted. Facial hair restrictions have been significantly changed. The only requirement being that facial hair should be groomed and well maintained. Cast Members can now wear two earrings per ear. Finally, nail polish will remain limited to one solid color or a French manicure look.
