The challenge is on! It’s 1900 Park Fare Vs Crystal Palace! Which one will win? Let’s dive in to see!

CRYSTAL PALACE

The Crystal Palace is a popular Magic Kingdom character dining option that features Winnie the Pooh and Friends. It only takes one sit down credit on the Disney Dining Plan and is in a convenient location – right off of Main Street USA. Although, it might look beautiful to the eye, our experience did not match the atmosphere.

The pace at Crystal Palace is very fast – eat quick and leave. There was a very long line of people waiting to get in, so they are trying to move you in and out as quick as possible. During my latest experience dining here, we had four adults and a 1 year old. The 1 year old was scared of the characters and the adults were not that thrilled with the breakfast choices.

1900 PARK FARE

1900 Park Fare is located in the beautiful Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. The breakfast option is a buffet, just like the Crystal Palace, but it is done way better! The meal is definitely at a slower, more relaxed pace. The characters have more room to move around and the food is fantastic. Guests sit down and servers started pouring their signature juice right away.

You will not regret choosing this as one of your character dining experiences. This restaurant also only takes one sit down credit on the Disney Dining Plan. With three adults and a toddler everyone was able to find something here to eat that they liked. The finishes were high end and the staff was excellent.

Although you are not in the parks, you are just a quick ride on the monorail back to the Magic Kingdom.

So, I think it’s clear to see, for us, comparing Crystal Palace Vs 1900 Park Fare, the winner goes to 1900 Park Fare.
