Portobello Ravioli Cooking Class Final

Every once in a while, I am able to find out about something that I think is really interesting and I wanted to share. So, if you are looking for a unique experience to have on your vacation or you are you an Orlando local who wants to learn how to do something really cool, I have the perfect event for you to take part in!

At Portobello Country Italian Trattoria, located in The Landing section of Disney Springs, you have the exclusive opportunity to take part in a ravioli cooking class from 2005 James Beard Award winner and Top Chef Master, Chef Tony Mantuano.  During the afternoon, you’ll learn the secrets to making Chef Tony’s handmade ravioli. The event will take place on March 11 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

The event will cost $55 each per person. (Does not include tax and gratuity.)

Chef Tony Mantuano is regarded internationally as an influential culinary force and is the chef/partner at Spiaggia, the only four-star Italian restaurant in Chicago. Chef Tony learned his craft at the cutting board of several Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy.

That’s why this is a perfect pairing, because Portobello offers dishes that are born from the bounty of the Italian countryside. The table service restaurant features a seasonal menu that celebrates the timeless flavors of Italy.
