The Walt Disney World Resort is slowly reopening their hotel offerings in a very slow and deliberate way. Today they shared that a number of favorite Walt Disney World Resort hotels would be reopening for Guests to be able to stay at once again. Guests will be able to stay at these hotels in the early part of 2021.
Reopening first will be Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort. Originally, Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort was supposed to reopen on February 9, 2021, but now, this value resort’s reopening date has been pushed back a few weeks. The resort will now officially reopen on March 22. Take a look at our resort guide here.
Moving into the late spring of 2021, Disney’s Beach Club Resort will officially reopen to Guests on May 30. Our resort guide for Disney’s Beach Club can be found here. Then, later on during the summer, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will officially reopen following its refurbishment. While no official date has been announced, Guests can expect to stay at this resort in the summer of 2021. Changes for this resort include updates to the lobby, the resort rooms, and the monorail station.
Keep in mind that these dates can and quite possibly might change. If they do, a Guests’ reservations could still be modified to other Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Guests will be notified of any changes ahead of time.
