This fall, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders will be able to take advantage of a number of perks and special opportunities. Here’s a look at what you won’t want to miss out on!
If you are an AP magnet collector like I am, you’ll want to make sure you don’t miss the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. This year, there will be two magnets you have to pick up. You can receive a complimentary Annual Passholder Chef Minnie magnet from August 29- October 14, and a Annual Passholder Chef Remy magnet from October 15-November 23. Pick yours up at either Mouse Gear or Disney Traders.
Oh and for those AP holders who visit the festival four times, you’ll receive a complimentary Chef Minnie wooden coaster set that you can pick up at either Mouse Gear or Disney Traders.
For those looking to purchase special Epcot Food and Wine Festival merchandise, there will be items created exclusively for Passholders, including tees, caps, mugs, pins and more. In addition, Passholders can receive a 10% discount on Eat to the Beat Concert Series dining packages.
When Annual Passholders purchase this $100 Disney Gift Card this fall, they’ll also receive a $10 digital bonus to use at select Table-Service restaurants at Epcot, including Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Biergarten Restaurant, Coral Reef Restaurant, Garden Grill Restaurant, Le Cellier Steakhouse and Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room. This gift card can be purchased at Mouse Gear, Disney Traders, the Bridge Kiosk or Port of Entry.
For those who love meeting characters, beginning August 29, Annual Passholders will be two special offerings. You’ll have the opportunity to meet Winnie the Pooh at Christopher Robin’s room in the United Kingdom at Epcot. Pooh will be available for greeting from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Then at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Passholders can meet Baloo near Creature Comforts, as well as Tarzan and Jane near Island Mercantile. These two meet and greets will only be available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., so make sure you get to them early. Both parks will also feature special Disney PhotoPass opportunities to take advantage of.
Passholders will be able to take advantage of exclusive hidden menus available for purchase at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Stop into Dawa Bar, Thirsty River, Restaurantosaurus Lounge and Nomad Lounge from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and be sure to ask the server for the special menu. But, keep in mind that they will only be available from August 29 to September 2.
Finally Disney’s Animal Kingdom will also be offering a complimentary Annual Passholder Simba magnet starting August 29 at Discovery Trading Company.
