We are anxiously awaiting the official opening of the newest attraction for EPCOT – Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. The attraction, which is supposed to open in the World Discovery section of the park, will open this summer. Today, we got a first look at the brand new shop that will debut with the attraction, called Treasures of Xandar. Imagineer Zach Riddley shared via Instagram the glimpse of this new area, as well as some details about the shop.

Treasures of Xandar will be operated by The Broker, according to the social post. The Broker has been awarded a contract to bring his famous store to EPCOT.
What kinds of items will Guests be able too purchase? Well, some it it will pay tribute to Xandar and items acquired throughout the galaxy. But of course, some of it will celebrate the Guardians of the Galaxy – Star Lord, Groot, Drax, Gamora, and Rocket.
As a reminder, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will be a family-thrill coaster attraction that will take Guests on an intergalactic chase through time and space. This attraction will be a family-friendly adventure, featuring a totally new type of roller coaster experience known as a storycoaster. It will rotate 360 degrees so you’re always focused on all the action. It will feature the first reverse launch on a Disney coaster and will be one of the longest fully enclosed coasters in the world.
