Thanksgiving Day Options at Disney Springs

With only a few weeks to go until Thanksgiving, never fear if you don’t have a reservation just yet for the big day if you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World. That’s because Maria & Enzo’s, The Edison, and Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs are offering up great ways to give thanks and the ability to gobble up decadent a la carte items or a prix-fixe menu.

At Maria & Enzo’s, you can experience an authentic Italian twist on Thanksgiving offerings by feasting on their Ricotta Gnudi, featuring Turkey Bolognese, parmesan cream and charred lemon gremolata. This option costs $27. For reservations visit here.

At Enzo’s Hideaway, you can enjoy a gourmet holiday meal featuring Turkey Sausage “Carbonara,” made with Pappardelle pasta, roasted winter squash, toasted garlic, and rapini for $27. Finally, at The Edison, you’ll be able to enjoy a more traditional inspired option. They will be offering slow Oven-Roasted Turkey and creamy Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, savory House-made Stuffing, brown sugar honey glazed baby carrots, and fresh Cranberry Chutney. This is a traditional prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu with all of the classic trimmings. The feeling of a home-cooked meal is guaranteed with these comfort food favorites prepared in a scratch kitchen.
