Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Pricing, Room Details, and More

Who else has been anxiously awaiting the chance experience the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser? Last week, Disney gave some more information discussing the details of what you’ve experience while “cruising”. Today, they finally shared what we’ve all been waiting to learn though and that’s pricing.

For those who are unaware, staying at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will actually be very similar to sailing on a Disney Cruise. It will be a 2 night adventure with activities, specialized dining, port adventures, and more. Guests who visit the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will find a revolutionary experience where you are the hero; it’s the most immersive Star Wars story ever created.

Prior to departure, Guests will arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort terminal. Here, they will board a launch pod and that will take them to the Halcyon starcruiser. During their stay, Guests will be able to stay in a cabin or suite with a view of space. You’ll also be able to interact with an eclectic collection of characters, sit down to galactic cuisine and perhaps even plot a secret mission. Guests will even be able to have an excursion to experience Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge!

The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is like nothing else you’ve ever experience. It’s going to be part live immersive theater, part themed environment, part culinary, part real-life role-playing game, and much more.

A Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser vacation package includes:

  • A 2-night stay in a cabin or suite
  • Ongoing, immersive and interactive entertainment, where choices determine your experience
  • Food and beverages on the starcruiser (excluding alcoholic and specialty beverages) and a quick-service meal at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo or other select locations at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
  • Admission to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for your excursion to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
  • Valet parking
  • Exclusive Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser databand (known on your home planet as a MagicBand)

Rooms

There will be a number of different types of cabins or suites to choose from.

Standard Cabin

Each Standard Cabin sleeps 4 to 5 passengers and includes a queen bed, 2 berths (bunk beds) for one adult each and a wall pull-down bed for one adult (if sleeping 5). These rooms will include a pullout table and a TV and a window with a view out into space.

Galaxy Class Suite

The one-bedroom Galaxy Class Suites will sleep 4 passengers and include a queen bed and 2 wall pull-down beds for one adult each. They also feature a living space that will include a seating area. These rooms will have all the comforts of Standard Cabins plus a double vanity bathroom, bar area, 2 windows with views out into space and a few extra Star Wars surprises.

Grand Captain Suite

Two-bedroom Grand Captain’s Suites sleep 8 Guests and include 2 queen beds, 2 berths (bunk beds) for one adult each and 2 wall pull-down beds for one adult each. These rooms will feature a living space and a seating area. These rooms will have all the comforts of Standard Cabins plus a main suite with a double vanity bathroom, a second bathroom with a single vanity, a bar area, 3 windows with views out into space and a few extra Star Wars surprises.

The pricing for experiencing the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will vary depending on your voyage departure date, the number of Guests in your cabin and your cabin type. Pricing starts from:

Dining

Guests will be able to enjoy most of their meals in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room.

Dinner has been inspired by Disney Cruise Line. On the first night, the Crown of Corellia Dining Room will showcase a table-service supper club with a special musical appearance by a galactic superstar. You’ll enjoy a special evening with distinctive dining and entertainment.

The second night, the meal will showcase The Taste Around the Galaxy. These will be courses inspired by the geography and environments of iconic destination planets throughout the galaxy. The meal includes group appetizers for the table, a choice of entrée and a specialty plated dessert.

There will be two different dinner seatings and you can choose early or late dining when you book your vacation package.

For a more upscale dining experience, there will be the Captain’s Table. Here, you’ll be able to enjoy extra courses while seated in the center of the Crown of Corellia Dining Room. There will be an additional fee that is required for Captain’s Table seating.

 

What about breakfast and lunch? That will also take place in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room. For breakfast, there will be hot and cold small plates and a variety of beverages including juices, fresh brewed coffee and Bubo Wamba Family Farms blue milk. For lunch, choose from small bites, like sandwiches, soups, mini flatbreads, assorted salads and sweets.

 

Guests will also have the opportunity to dine on Batuu. They will be able to enjoy a quick-service meal at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo or other select locations at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

 

Guests will also be able to enjoy the Sublight Lounge, which is the perfect place to sip a beverage and relax.
