Mobile Ordering to Be Expanded at Walt Disney World Resort Restaurants

Mobile Ordering

One of the best things that has happened at the Walt Disney World Resort in the past few years has been the introduction of technology to make things even easier. This is especially true in the realm of dining. Recently, Disney has brought us Mobile Dine Check-In, the Mobile Dine Walk-up Waitlist, the most awesome of all – Mobile Ordering! And now, Disney has added even more restaurants to the list that are available for the Mobile Ordering service!

For the first time ever, Mobile Ordering is available for a table service dining location. Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – Kidani Village will allow hotel Guests to place a to-go order from a selection of items. Sanaa is only the first table service restaurant to add the Mobile Ordering option. Additional restaurants will added to the mix here soon. The My Disney Experience app will be the place to go to find out which restaurants are available.

But that’s not all! Many quick service locations at a number of resort hotels are also adding the option. New options include The Market at Ale & Compass at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, P & J’s Southern Takeout at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and the BoardWalk Bakery and Pizza Window at Disney’s BoardWalk. And more locations will be added soon.

Curious as to how Mobile Ordering works? Guests log into the My Disney Experience app where they can browse restaurant menus, select what they would like to eat and drink, and then place their order, all with the touch of a few buttons. When they arrive at the restaurant, they then will tap the “I’m Here” button and your meal will be ready in no time.
