Are you looking for two great new dining establishments at Disney Springs? Well, Chef José Andrés is excited to bring two new options in the table service location, Jaleo, as well as the quick service option, Pepe. Both restaurants will officially open to Guests on March 17.

Jaleo will bring flavors of Spain with a menu that features tapas, as well as savory paellas, sangrias, and a selection of Spanish wines and sherries. This is a multi-level restaurant and the restaurant’s design features vibrant decor that represents the colorful culture of Spain.

Highlights include a variety of authentic paellas cooked over a wood-fired paella pit, Spanish specialties like hand-carved Jamon Iberico de Bellota and wood-grilled Iberico pork, and signature dishes like Gambas al ajillo, shrimp sautéed with garlic and chili, and Pollo Croquetas, classic Spanish chicken fritters.

As far as Pepe is concerned, the restaurant will be located on the front corner adjacent to the Jaleo entrance. It is the first brick and mortar location of the chef’s wildly popular Spanish food truck.

Pepe will offer a diverse menu of Spanish sandwiches, or bocatas, both hot and cold, as well as gazpacho and salads to go. The quick-service location will also sell delicious Spanish sangria, complete with sangria ice cubes to prevent any dilution of the drink in the Florida climate. Genius, right?

Jaleo at Disney Springs will be the fifth Jaleo location in the U.S., the first in Florida and the largest location to date. The restaurant will open starting by only serving dinner, with lunch service beginning later in the month. Pepe will be open for lunch and dinner. Both restaurants will be located in the West Side.
