Guest Experience Team Coming to Epcot

Guest Experience Team Coming to Epcot

To help Guests navigate the parks better, the Walt Disney World Resort will be introducing the Guest Experience Team at Epcot.

The goal of the Guest Experience Team is to help answer questions that Guests may have, assist them with any issues they may be experiencing, and help them to make the most of their theme park day.

Things that these specific Cast Members can do is to help navigate the park; book, modify, and recover FastPasses; use the My Disney Experience app; view attraction wait times; provide recommendations; and assist with any issues that arise with MagicBands. These particular Cast Members can be found at various locations throughout the parks and are easily recognized by their blue shirts. In Epcot they will be be able to be found in both Future World East and Future World West.

Currently the Guest Experience Team can be found at the three other Walt Disney World Resort parks – Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

The Epcot version of this team will debut officially on January 26.
