Do you hear that? That’s the sounds of our cheers! That’s because a brand new bakery has opened at Disney Springs. Gideon’s Bakehouse is currently is soft opening and can be found in the Landing section. You’ll find it directly across from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar.
Gideon’s Bakehouse is no slouch! They offer half pound cookies or tall slices of cake. The sweet spot offers multiple award winning flavors daily until they sell out.
Cookie options include the original chocolate chip (which they are known for), cookies and cream, triple chocolate chip, and peanut butter crunch. They also offer an exclusive cookie for Disney Springs, which is the coffee cake cookie. Each month, they even have a limited edition flavor! So you never know what will be in store for you!
As far as cake options, try their red velvet, chocolate cake, and there’s even a secret option that’s available only for those who follow them on social media.
One of the best parts? the Hot Cookie Hour which will take place each evening for Guests to enjoy. The hour will be every day beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Keep in mind that right now, Gideon’s Bakehouse is currently under soft opening. The official grand opening will happen some time in the new year. That’s not going to stop us from lining up to get delicious treats right now though!
