Take a Look at the New Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular Fireworks Show

We are one week out from Halloween! That’s right – the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party kicks off next Friday and part of the festivities this year will be a brand new fireworks show called Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular. Today, we got a preview of what Guests will be able to experience.

During Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, Jack Skellington from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas serves as your host. He has come to tell a “not-so-scary” story about how anything can happen on Halloween night. His ghost dog, Zero, then flies off carrying everyone along on a trick-or-treating adventure. That’s when we find Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy who have been drawn into a mysterious haunted house. During their journey, they’ll move from one room of the house to another, encountering dancing skeletons, waltzing ghosts and a whole series of Disney villains. The show will also include state-of-the-art projections and lasers, plus lighting and  fireworks.

The Cast Members behind the show say that it is sort of like an episode of a Mickey Mouse short, all done on the castle. The goal is to pull you in and make you feel like you are going on the journey with Mickey and the gang. Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular looks incredible. I can’t wait to catch it this year! (Also, did you catch that Jack Skellington at the end?! It looks incredible and I can’t wait to see it in person!)

Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular takes place at 10:15 p.m. on Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party nights and tickets are on sale now.
