If you are wanting to have a special moment captured during your Walt Disney World vacation, the Capture Your Moment option from Disney PhotoPass is the perfect option. The Magic Kingdom was the first park to offer Capture your Moment. It’s soon going to also be available at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
So what is Capture Your Moment? It’s a personalized 20-minute photo session with a Disney PhotoPass photographer. Now, do keep in mind that Guests will need to reserve these sessions in advance. Capture Your Moment is a great option for those celebrating a special occasion, like as a proposal, baby announcement, honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, graduation, first visit, and more.
How Will Capture Your Moment Work at Disney’s Animal Kingdom?
At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, these photoshoots will take place on or nearby Discovery Island with incredible views of the Tree of Life.
Guests will need to check in for their photo session at the ticket and information desk located outside of Island Mercantile. Once you check in, you and your photographer will chat about available photo shoot locations. The photographer will work with you to determine how the session can be customized to your needs. After being escorted to your photo shoot location, you’ll be able to capture photos for up to 20 minutes. And, yes, you will be able to remove face coverings while actively taking outdoor photos.
What Do I Need to Know About Booking a Session?
A Capture Your Moment photo session is $50 and can include up to eight guests. Do keep in mind that prints and digital downloads are not included with the price, Those who have purchased Memory Maker or Memory Maker One Day, as well as specific Annual Passholders can download the photos taken during the session at no extra cost.
Capture Your Moment at Disney’s Animal Kingdom can be booked now. Sessions will be offered daily beginning on May 17. To book a session, you can do so online or by calling 407-939-7758.
