Oh boy! Mickey and gang are going to be returning to “meeting” Guests once again at Chef Mickey’s! The gang, which typically includes Goofy, Minnie, Donald and Pluto will be back beginning on December 16 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. However, this time things are gonna be just a a bit different.
The characters will be greeting Guests, but they will, of course, be doing it in a socially distanced way. In addition, the table service restaurant will not be offering a buffet dining option, instead it will be an an all-you-care-to-enjoy family style breakfast.
During the meal, Guests will be able to enjoy traditional breakfast favorites, but there will be some new options to try too. They include the new Mickey’s “Celebration” Pancake, featuring whipped cream, celebration sprinkles, shimmering pixie dust and more.
Guests can also enjoy the new “Loaded” Potato-Cheese Casserole topped with smoked bacon crumbles and chives.
Finally, there’s Goofy’s Banana Bread French Toast which pairs banana bread baked in zesty orange-scented French toast batter, topped with Espresso-mascarpone cream, toasted bananas and chocolate crumbles.
Guests will even have the option to enjoy all three as part of an their meal, should they choose!
Reservations will open on October 17 for this updated version of Chef Mickey’s character breakfast.
