More Cars Fun Announced for Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Cars Fun Announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

Cars in one of my favorite Pixar franchises. (Well, I don’t count Cars 2….because yikes). But overall, I very much enjoy the franchise. So I am looking forward to experiencing more Cars opportunities which are soon set to be racing into Disney’s Hollywood Studios. You see, in preparation for the upcoming Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy which debuts on March 31, Disney announced today that there will some additional fun related to the films added to the park too.

First, in the courtyard area for the Sunset Showcase theater where the new Lightning McQueen experience is slated to take place, Guests will be able to meet Cruz Ramirez from Cars 3. This Piston Cup Champion will be on hand to take photos with her adoring fans! (And who doesn’t love Cruz?!)

For those who love dance parties, you’ll want to catch DJ! He’s making the trek all the way from Cars Land at Disney California Adventure to bring his musical stylings to the park. Several times daily, be there as things kick into gear for “DJ’s Ready! Set! Party Time!” dance party. During the experience, Guests will get to interact with Lightning McQueen’s Pit Crew who will help to get Guests engaged in entertaining dances and games.

Who else is ready for more Cars-related fun? Share what you are excited to experience in the comments below or on Facebook or Twitter!
