I am just gonna say it – I really love Disney PhotoPass. I think it is an exceptionally handy option and the perfect way to remember a Disney vacation. Purchasing Memory Maker is one of the common things I suggest to people when they are looking for something special to do for their trip. And now, there’s another option that I’m going to start suggesting, because Walt Disney World will be rolling out Capture Your Moment to all four theme parks.
What is Capture Your Moment?
Well, it is a personalized 20 minute private photo session. This option is perfect for those looking to remember those special moments. These include things like a first visit, honeymoon, proposal, anniversary, birthday, family reunion or graduation. It’s even the perfect option to get a great family portrait. Capture Your Moment started at the Magic Kingdom and then got rolled out to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Now it will be available for both EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios too!
At EPCOT, this option will be available beginning February 24. EPCOT’s World Showcase is the perfect photo backdrop and you can choose one of the following pavilions for your photoshoot: Germany, Italy, the American Adventure, Japan or Morocco.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios will begin to offer this option on March 21. Guests will be able to head down to the Hollywood Tower Hotel to take photos, take photos with Gertie the dinosaur, get photos at the Chinese Theatre, or use the colorful neon signs and art deco architecture of Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard.
At all four theme parks, each Capture Your Moment session is $99 and can include up to eight guests. Prints and digital downloads are not included. Those who have purchased Memory Maker or Memory Maker One Day, as well as qualifying Annual Passholders can download the photos at no extra cost.
Want more time and more photo options? Book 2 Capture Your Moment sessions back-to-back. You’ll get 40 minutes with your photographer and the chance to visit at least 2 different photo locations.
