Disney Springs just keeps growing with more and more great dining choices. Yesterday, we told you about some great new snack options and today, there’s a brand new restaurant that has been announced.

Beatrix, which is a concept brought to life by the Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises will be a table service restaurant, coffeehouse and grab-and-go market that features healthy food options including vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan. The restaurant will also offer fresh-squeezed juice cocktails and it will feature a bakery and full-service bar with a selection of all-American beer and wine. The menu features healthy meets delicious options, and also features an iconic coffee and pastry counter, including signature cookies and in-house bakery favorites.

“Beatrix represents the way people are eating today – it’s that mix of health and comfort. Whether grabbing a cup of coffee and your favorite pastry, or having a cocktail, lunch, or dinner with friends, it’s your neighborhood meeting place,” said Executive Partner and Divisional President, Marc Jacobs.

This will be the first Florida location for the group.

Beatrix is replace Bongo’s Cuban Cafe which was announced was closing earlier this year. Bongo’s officially closes on August 18.

More details will be shared when they are released.
