Akershus Royal Banquet Hall Reopening in November

Akershus

I have exciting news for those who love dining at Walt Disney World! Especially those who like dining with Disney Princesses! Akershus Royal Banquet Hall will re-open its doors once again on November 4. This dining experience is found at the Norway pavilion in the World Showcase at EPCOT and gives Guests a taste of Norwegian cuisine.

This family-style dining experience includes Traditional KjØttkaker featuring Norwegian meatballs or Kylling og Melboller, a Norwegian take on chicken and dumplings. There are going to be some classic American dishes on the menu like Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Grilled Salmon, and Macaroni & Cheese. For dessert, Guests will have the option to enjoy Rice Cream with strawberry sauce. Or they can partake in a Chocolate Roulade with lingonberry cream.

As mentioned, favorite Disney Princesses can be found at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall with its Storybook Dining. Guests are able to interact, take photos, and create lasting memories with some of your favorite princesses.

Reservations are opening up for Akershus Royal Banquet Hall starting October 24. Initially it appears the restaurant will only offer dinner. No word on when breakfast and lunch will be added. We’ll keep you posted.
