Epcot Food and Wine Festival – Seminars and Demonstrations

 

Each year special presentations and demonstrations are held for the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. This year these seminars will be held at the World ShopPlace Events Pavilion.

Reservations for these presentations open to the General Public for booking on May 15 at 7:00 a.m. ET. Call 1-407-WDW-FEST (407-939-3378). Additionally, many events can be booked online at epcotfoodfestival.com. Please note that these special events and experiences may require additional admission fees.

Culinary Demonstrations Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It Sunday Brunch With the Chef

Beverage Seminars

During this 45 minute seminar, Guests will be able to sample select adult beverages at a seminar that puts you in touch with your inner wine, beer and spirit connoisseur. Sommeliers and other beverage experts share their extensive knowledge at these deliciously informative presentations. Attendees can taste these popular potables while developing a new appreciation for state-of-the-art winemaking, brewing and distilling techniques.

Cost: $19 per Guest, plus tax

Food & Beverage Pairings

Pick up useful tips during this engaging collaboration between a featured chef and a beverage presenter. Oh and attendees get to sample the dish and beverage pairing created during the demonstration!

Cheese Seminars

During each Epcot Food and Wine Festival seminar, guest cheesemakers will explain the major aromas, textures and flavor levels of your favorite cheeses—from Asiago to Zamorano. Attendees can sample artisanal selections paired with complementary wines, craft beers and other beverages while learning about the distinct nature of each featured region.

Cook up a new kind of cuisine by learning from some of the world’s most celebrated chefs! During each 45-minute demonstration, renowned gourmets will impart years of kitchen wisdom while whipping up a special delicious dish. Attendees can collect tips and tricks to sharpen their skills as well as savor the exquisite flavors prepared at each presentation—a tasting-sized serving of wine or beer is also included. Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It!

Master the art of mixology, ace cake decorating, perfect pasta making and more at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. Curious about what ingredients are used in popular cocktails? Ever wonder why certain wines pair better with your favorite foods? Whether you’re all about cooking with stout or serious about sushi rolling, this series of daily workshops is for you! Guests will work side-by-side with chefs for a hands-on lesson that teaches one of many different culinary and beverage skills. Plus, you can consume your own creations when done! Make sure to take a look at the official Culinary Demonstration schedule.

Sunday Brunch with the Chef

Start your day in the most delicious way at our brunch event featuring a breakfast buffet and a gourmet guest. During this event, enjoy an amazing spread of flavorful dishes and listen to the celebrity guest dish out their favorite tips and tricks. Plus, a meet-and-greet photo opportunity with the guest of honor.

Cost: $139 per Guest, plus tax

Please note: each event has one seating option. Epcot admission is not included with the event ticket. Alcohol will only be served to Guests 21 years of age and older. All events are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
