Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park at Universal Orlando Resort will be seeing a temporarily closure beginning on November 2. This will be a seasonal closure; the park is expected to reopen on March 1, 2021. During the seasonal closure, routine annual maintenance will be performed on several attractions and various areas of the park.
For those who have already purchased tickets to visit Volcano Bay, Universal Orlando Resort will be working with Guests. In addition, for those who are Universal Orlando Passholders who have purchased the three park pass, they will be given an additional two months of use on their passes. This will occur automatically and there is no action that will be required on behalf of the Guest. Three park annual pass sales have been suspended as of today. Park to Park Annual Passes are still able to be purchased, however.
Tickets for Volcano Bay will remain on sale for those who wish to visit the park before November 2. In addition, tickets are still available for those looking to purchase for visits beginning March 1, 2021 and after.
For those looking to visit form now until November 2, as a reminder, the resort previously announced that for the fall, the water park would be closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The park will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. during week days, and then from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
