Exciting news! It was shared at the D23 Expo that there will be not one, but two new nighttime spectaculars that will debut at the Disneyland Resort beginning in late January. Both tie into the celebration of Disney’s first 100 years, during the Disney 100 Years of Wonder.
The first nighttime spectacular will be called “World of Color – One”. This show will take place at Disney California Adventure and will span the broad storytelling legacy of Disney’s first 100 years. It will tell a new story through Disney classics and new favorites.

The second show will take place at Disneyland Park. It will be called “Wondrous Journeys” and will ignite the wonder in everyone. This show will feature nods to all 60 Walt Disney Animation Studios films to date. It will take Guests on a journey filled with artistry, music, storytelling and heart. The show will even feature a new song called “It’s Wondrous.”
But that’s not all for the Disney 100 Years of Wonder celebration. There will also be special entertainment moments, including the return of the “Magic Happens” parade in spring.
