The countdown is on! Can you believe that this month, Guests will be able to visit Batuu, see Black Spire Outpost, ride the Millennium Falcon, and try blue milk, all in the brand new land of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland?
Well, beginning today, Guests who wish to visit this planet will be able to make their reservations to be able to enter into the land. These reservations are only available for Guests wishing to visit the new land at Disneyland between May 31 and June 23. For those looking to make a reservation, there is no additional cost, but you MUST have a reservations to be able to enter the land and reservations are subject to availability.
To make your reservations, today, beginning at 10:00 a.m. PT, you’ll want to visit the Disneyland Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation page. In order to make your reservation, you will need to have a Disney Account and be logged into it. You will also need to provide the names of everyone in your party who will be part of your Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation. Guests will only be able to bring up to six guests total (which includes themselves in that total) per reservation.
Theme park admission and a Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation will be required and Guests will need to have a valid government issued photo ID. The guest who made the reservation (even if under 18 years old – as they are the main Guest) and all guests aged 18 and over on the reservation will need to bring a government issued photo ID upon check in for your reservation. Guests under the age of 3 will not need a reservation. Only those Guests listed on the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation who have proper identification will be admitted into the new land.
Once you make your reservation, do keep in mind that you cannot make any changes or modifications. Therefore, you need to make sure you are making these reservations for the correct people and the correct dates.
Reservations are void if transferred or sold and unused reservations will be forfeited and not replaced. Also, experiences in the land will be subject to capacity during this reservation period.
As a reminder, for those Guests who are staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel between these dates, they do not need to sign up for a reservation. They will receive a designated reservation to access Galaxy’s Edge during their stay. (One reservation per registered guest). If you would like to stay at a Disneyland Resort hotel and guarantee a reservation to the new land, our friends at The Magic For Less Travel would be happy to assist, but know that if your hotel reservation is cancelled, your Galaxy’s Edge reservation will be cancelled too.
Beginning June 24, Guests will no longer need to have reservations for visits to this new land.
Oh and just as a reminder, as of right now, reservations will not need to be made for Guests wishing to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Walt Disney World.
