One of the fun parts of exploring Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is using the Star Wars: Datapad via the Play Disney Parks app. When visiting the land, Guests are invited to scan codes, interact with signs, and more via the app, earning achievement points along the way. Now, you’ll have the opportunity to commemorate these achievements you’ve earned with three new trading pins that will be available for purchase. These pins include designs for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, as well as BB-8.
To earn these particular digital achievements, Guests will need to be logged in to the Play Disney Parks app, and opt into Bluetooth and Location Services. Then, once you enter Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge you’ll have earned the “Black Spire Explorer” achievement. To earn the “Flight of the Falcon” achievement, you’ll need to ride Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. Finally, you’ll need to ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance to earn the “Hero of the Resistance” achievement. Once the qualifying achievements have been earned and unlocked in the Play Disney Parks app, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase the pins. To do so, you’ll need to show the digital achievement screen to a Cast Member at one of the participating stores to purchase the applicable commemorative pin.
These new pins can now be purchased at select locations at both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort, while supplies last.

You’ll of course need to the Play Disney Parks app to be able to earn these Star Wars: Datapad achievements. Pick it up in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
For those who don’t know, the app also allows you to listen to specially curated playlists on Apple Music, participate in interactive experiences, Disney trivia, as well as earn these uniquely themed achievements across Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.
