Sailing on Disney Cruise Line is simply unlike anything else. And for those who are looking for something even more unique, you might consider sailing on the Disney Fantasy in 2023! That’s because Pixar Day at Sea is coming beginning next January!
Select seven-night sailings on the Disney Fantasy will include a day-long celebration dedicated to your favorite Pixar characters. Guests will also be able to experience a Pixar film festival, purchase exclusive merchandise and take part in unique photo opportunities. Here are some of the great opportunities that will be available on this special day:
Character Encounters
Guests will be able to dance, play and interact with your favorite Pixar pals, including Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Bo Peep from Toy Story; Mike, Sulley and Boo (Boo!!!! How awesome!) from Monsters, Inc; Joy and Sadness from Inside Out; Dug and Russell from Up; and Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl and Frozone from The Incredibles.
Entertainment
Guests will be able experience a brand new nighttime spectacular that will call upon your family to help the Incredibles save the day. In addition, there will be a first-of-its-kind theatrical experience that will bring to life the story of Coco through live music and puppetry. Finally, get your dancing shoes on, as you’ll be able to join favorite characters from the beloved Pixar films for a dance party bash.
Dining
There will be even more new offerings, as an interactive character dining experience hosted by Woody, Jesse, and Bullseye will start your day! There will even be sing-a-longs and cowboy serenades, all taking place while you enjoy country breakfast fixins. For dinner, you’ll be able to enjoy a Pixar-themed night with dishes inspired by the Pixar Animation Studios’ California locale.
Itineraries
Pixar Day at Sea will be included on nine select Disney Fantasy cruises from January through March 2023. These cruises will depart from Port Canaveral, Florida. The Disney Fantasy will sail to several destinations in the eastern and western Caribbean. Eastern Caribbean itineraries feature stops in ports such as Tortola, St. Thomas and San Juan, Puerto Rico, while western Caribbean sailings visit Cozumel, Mexico; Grand Cayman; and Falmouth, Jamaica. Every cruise includes a visit to Disney’s private island oasis, Castaway Cay.
