Select Guests who are sailing on the Disney Wish later this summer are now able to purchase DisneyBand+!
Guests sailing the Disney Wish beginning June 12th and beyond, who are within 45-11 days of their sail date can now take advantage of pre-purchasing their DisneyBand+ which will serve to help enhance their cruising experience.
With DisneyBand+, Guests will experience the newest technology at sea. They will be able the band starting with boarding the ship on embarkation day. They can also use it to access their stateroom, for charging specialty food and merchandise to the payment card on a stateroom folio, and more. DisneyBand+ adds convenience and more magic to a Disney cruise. In addition, children ages 3 and up can use their bands in place of the Oceaneer Club Band to access kids’ clubs. This includes Disney’s Oceaneer Club while onboard the ship and at Scuttle’s Cove at Castaway Cay.
Plus, you’ll be able to use DisneyBand+ when getting photos taken onboard the Disney Cruise Line ship. With one simple tap, you can easily link your photos to your stateroom making it easy to view and purchase photos during your cruise.
Wearing your band will even allow you to discover additional surprises throughout your cruise!
For those Guests who already have a Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort MagicBand+, they may also use it as a DisneyBand+ when sailing with Disney Cruise Line.
DisneyBand+ is rechargeable and waterproof. Disney will even offer three Disney Cruise Line-exclusive designs to choose from.
Do keep in mind that it is not mandatory that Guests use DisneyBand+ on your cruise vacation. Instead, it is an optional add-on and is not included in your cruise fare.
