If you are planning a trip to Disneyland and are looking to stay right in the magic by choosing one of the three Disney Hotels, one of your options will be Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel.\u00a0 This hotel is on the corner of Disney Way and Disneyland Drive.\u00a0 It is situated next door to the Disneyland Hotel and across the Street from Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel.<\/p>\n

The hotel is a 15-story high rise hotel with 502 guestrooms including suites and poolside cabana rooms.\u00a0 The hotel has a swimming pool, whirlpool and a water slide.\u00a0 There\u00a0is a restaurant, a lobby bar, coffee house, poolside bar, game arcade and gift shop.<\/p>\n

Many of the rooms at Disney’s Paradise Pier hotel have views of the Paradise Pier section of Disney California Adventure Park.\u00a0\u00a0Other rooms feature a view of the\u00a0surrounding city of Anaheim.<\/p>\n

The hotel was redecorated as part of the building of\u00a0Disney California Adventure to have a California Beach theme.\u00a0 \u00a0Around the rooftop pool you will find California Streamin, a wooden roller coaster inspired water slide that is the longest of any waterslides at the Disneyland Resort.\u00a0 There is a\u00a0life preserver shaped wading pool and brightly colored umbrellas to help celebrate the days of oceanfront boardwalks.<\/p>\n

As you enter the lobby you are greeted by a statue of goofy all ready to catch a wave on the California Surf.\u00a0 The restaurant, located just off the lobby is called PCH Grill in celebration of the famous Pacific Coast Highway that stretches all along the coast of the Golden State.\u00a0 At breakfast, this restaurant host Mickey’s Beach Party character breakfast and at dinner it is casual family cuisine.<\/p>\n

For those true Californian’s who cant be too far from their gym, there is Team Mickey’s Workout Room.\u00a0 It is a fully equipped fitness center located on the second floor of the hotel and is available to all guests staying at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel.<\/p>\n

The rooms are brightly colored and feature many beach and sunshine elements.\u00a0 Each room will accommodate 5 guests in two queen beds and a day bed.\u00a0 The rooms have a desk, coffee maker, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, in room safe, and hair dryer.<\/p>\n

The hotel does have valet and bell services and offers concierge rooms for those who want a little pampering when they are on vacation.<\/p>\n

Through 2010 there is a nightly Resort Fee.\u00a0 Beginning in 2011 the resort fee will be eliminated.\u00a0 Parking is included in the resort fee for 2010 and will be $15 per night beginning in 2011 when the resort fee is eliminated.<\/p>\n
