For those who are trying to get their Disney fix via Disney+<\/a>, the Disney based streaming service, there\u2019s a lot to be excited about in January 2021.<\/p>\n

January 1st<\/sup> & 8th<\/sup><\/h3>\n

Lots of content is added to the streaming service although none of it is new.\u00a0 The additions include The Wolverine, Dr. Seuss\u2019 Horton Hears a Who!, Ferdinand, Toy Story That Time Forgot, <\/em>and Star Wars Forces of Destiny: Volume 1, 2, 3, and 4.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

The brand-new content comes from Marvel Studios: Legends.\u00a0 <\/em>This series features short episodes that shows off the various characters- both villains and heroes- of the Marvel universe.\u00a0 The first two featured characters are Wanda Maximoff and Vision.<\/p>\n

January 15th<\/sup><\/h3>\n

If you\u2019re a Marvel fan, you\u2019ve been waiting a long time for this day.\u00a0 WandaVision<\/a> is the first available production from Marvel since Avengers: Endgame<\/em>.\u00a0 After the success of The Mandalorian<\/em>, Marvel fans have high expectations for this short series.\u00a0 This nine-episode mini-series features Wanda Maximoff (The Scarlet Witch) and Vision.\u00a0 Also streaming on Disney+ for the first time is Mary Poppins Returns, Elena of Avalor: Season 3, <\/em>and Isle of Dogs.<\/em><\/p>\n

January 22nd<\/sup><\/h3>\n

The big draw this week is Pixar Popcorn.\u00a0 Pixar Popcorn <\/em>is a series of mini-shorts.\u00a0 What that means in terms of length of the episodes, only time will tell.\u00a0 Hopefully, we\u2019ll see some of our favorite Pixar characters featured in new ways.\u00a0 Also featured is episode two of WandaVision.<\/p>\n

January 29th<\/sup><\/h3>\n

WandaVision episode three begins streaming this week.\u00a0 Also coming to Disney+ for the first time is the shows Dinosaurs,<\/em>\u00a0Texas Storm Squad, <\/em>and the movie Epic.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

In case you\u2019ve missed it…<\/h3>\n

In case you’ve missed it, Disney+ has a great backlog of the series Secrets of the Zoo<\/em>, previously featured on National Geographic.\u00a0 Featured Zoos include The Columbus Zoo and Zoo Tampa. If you\u2019re looking for a show with minimal inner connected plot that features cute animals- especially baby animals – this is the series to check out.\u00a0 The series takes you behind the scenes of the zoo with the zookeepers, veterinarians, and other staff.\u00a0 Viewers can see the innerworkings of the zoo including how the animals are fed and cared for throughout their lives.\u00a0 It is heartwarming to see how much the staff at the various zoos truly care about the animals in their care.\u00a0 Also featured are lots of extremely cute baby animals.<\/p>\n
