I have plenty! One of my favorites, is the cinnamon buns at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/2019\/02\/foodie-friday-review-of-gastons-tavern\/\">Gaston\u2019s Tavern<\/a> at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/walt-disney-world\/parks\/magic-kingdom\/\">Magic Kingdom<\/a>. They are delicious!<\/p>\n<p>I decided to attempt recreating these at home, and they are absolutely phenomenal. It was just like the real thing!<\/p>\n<p>As an FYI, these are quite time consuming, so make sure you\u2019ve got lots of time. They are the perfect Sunday activity with your family!!<\/p>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Need<\/h3>\n<h4>Cinnamon Roll Dough<\/h4>\n<p>1 1\/2 Cups Milk<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup Butter<br \/>\n6 1\/2 Cups All Purpose Flour Divided<br \/>\n2 Packets Rapid Rise Yeast (.25 oz Packets)<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup Sugar<br \/>\n1 Teaspoon Salt<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup water<br \/>\n2 Large Eggs<br \/>\n1\/4 Cup Melted Butter<\/p>\n<h4>Filling<\/h4>\n<p>2 Cups Brown Sugar<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons Cinnamon<br \/>\n1 Cup Butter Softened<\/p>\n<h4>Cream Cheese Frosting<\/h4>\n<p>1 8 oz Pack Cream Cheese<br \/>\n1\/4 Cup Butter<br \/>\n2 Cups powdered sugar<br \/>\n1 Teaspoon Vanilla<br \/>\n3 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream<\/p>\n<h4>Butterscotch Glaze<\/h4>\n<p>1\/2 Cup Brown Sugar<br \/>\n4 Tablespoons Butter<br \/>\n1\/2 Teaspoon Salt<br \/>\n1 Teaspoon Vanilla<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup heavy whipping cream<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yields:<\/strong> Approx. 12 Cinnamon Buns<\/p>\n<h3>Step One<\/h3>\n<p>First, we are going to create the dough. I used my kitchen aid, and used the dough hook attachment.<\/p>\n<p>Add 1\/2 cup water, 2 eggs, and warm butter\/milk mixture to dry ingredients. Continue adding the flour until the dough thickens &amp; begins to form a ball.<\/p>\n<p>Using a dough hook, or kneed by hand, kneed for 5-10 minutes. Gently sprinkle some flour on top of the dough as well. This one\u2019s a simple step!<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, mix 2 Cups Brown Sugar, 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon, 1 Cup Butter Softened. Mix it thoroughly. First, find yourself a big surface &amp; generously sprinkle with some flour, so the dough does not stick.<\/p>\n<p>Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a long rectangle, or in my case, an oval. The dough should be about 1\/2-1 inch thick. Don\u2019t worry too much about the actual shape of your rolled dough. I will say, I found the dough difficult to roll. It liked to bounce back every time I rolled it out. The number will vary based on how thick your dough is &amp; if your ingredients were accurate or not. I only had one of these pans, so I ended up also using a cookie sheet. FYI-this is not ideal, because it allows the buns to spread out while baking. Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Now it\u2019s time to get them in your preheated oven! Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and bake another 5-10 minutes. Remember, ovens vary. I found mine cooked pretty quickly and only needed about 12 minutes before I did the foil which only needed about 5 minutes. You want them golden brown, but not crispy. Check them at the 10 minute mark &amp; go from there. Keep in mind that opening the door too often will cause the buns to drop.<\/p>\n<h3>Step Four<\/h3>\n<p>The yummiest part &#8211; the toppings! Let\u2019s prepare the toppings while the cinnamon buns are baking &amp; then cooling.<\/p>\n<p>We will be using two toppings for this delicious treat.<\/p>\n<p>First, let\u2019s start with the butterscotch glaze. In a saucepan, melt together 1\/2 cup brown sugar, 4 tbsp butter, and 1\/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. Bring to a boil and continue for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add 1\/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp vanilla. In a saucepan, melt together 1 8 oz pack of cream cheese and 1\/4 cup butter. Once that\u2019s melted, add 2 cups powdered sugar and stir. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 3 tbsp whipping cream. My cream cheese frosting didn\u2019t turn out the way I had hoped. It didn\u2019t thicken, however, did seem to thicken nicely after I let it cool for a while. If you want thick cream cheese icing, you may want to consider purchasing a tub at the store pre-made. Make sure to mix it thoroughly &amp; remove all the lumps.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Add remaining flour 1\/2 cup at a time. Continue adding the flour until the dough thickens &amp; begins to form a ball.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Using a dough hook, or kneed by hand, kneed for 5-10 minutes. I did my dough hook for 5 minutes, then by hand for another 5.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Remove dough from mixing bowl, sprinkle some flour in the bowl, and return dough to bowl. Gently sprinkle some flour on top of the dough as well. Cover with saran wrap and let rise for 10 minutes.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Step Two<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">While the dough is rising, let\u2019s create the filling for the cinnamon buns. This one\u2019s a simple step!<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">In a bowl, mix 2 Cups Brown Sugar, 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon, 1 Cup Butter Softened. Mix it thoroughly. Set aside to use once the dough is ready.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Step Three<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Set your oven to preheat at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Now it\u2019s time to assemble the rolls! First, find yourself a big surface &amp; generously sprinkle with some flour, so the dough does not stick.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a long rectangle, or in my case, an oval. The dough should be about 1\/2-1 inch thick. Don\u2019t worry too much about the actual shape of your rolled dough. I will say, I found the dough difficult to roll. It liked to bounce back every time I rolled it out. Keep rolling, it will eventually level out.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-2-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Spread the filling evenly across the whole surface.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-2-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Starting at a short end, roll the dough into a long roll.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-2-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Cut long roll into individual rolls. The number will vary based on how thick your dough is &amp; if your ingredients were accurate or not. I managed to make 14 when I made this recipe.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-2-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Place rolls, swirl down, in a greased 9\u00d713 pan. I only had one of these pans, so I ended up also using a cookie sheet. FYI-this is not ideal, because it allows the buns to spread out while baking. However, it did the trick in a pinch.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-2-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Melt 1\/4 cup butter and drizzle over generously your dough. Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-2-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Now it\u2019s time to get them in your preheated oven! Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and bake another 5-10 minutes. Remember, ovens vary. I found mine cooked pretty quickly and only needed about 12 minutes before I did the foil which only needed about 5 minutes. You want them golden brown, but not crispy. Check them at the 10 minute mark &amp; go from there. Keep in mind that opening the door too often will cause the buns to drop.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Step Four<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The yummiest part - the toppings! Let\u2019s prepare the toppings while the cinnamon buns are baking &amp; then cooling.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-3-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">We will be using two toppings for this delicious treat.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-3-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">First, let\u2019s start with the butterscotch glaze. In a saucepan, melt together 1\/2 cup brown sugar, 4 tbsp butter, and 1\/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. Bring to a boil and continue for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add 1\/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp vanilla. In a saucepan, melt together 1 8 oz pack of cream cheese and 1\/4 cup butter. Once that\u2019s melted, add 2 cups powdered sugar and stir. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 3 tbsp whipping cream. Set aside - we\u2019re about to decorate!<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Step Five<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-4-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Once the cinnamon rolls are baked, remove from the oven &amp; allow to cool just slightly. My cream cheese frosting didn\u2019t turn out the way I had hoped. It didn\u2019t thicken, however, did seem to thicken nicely after I let it cool for a while. If you want thick cream cheese icing, you may want to consider purchasing a tub at the store pre-made. However, my frosting still tasted incredible &amp; I wouldn\u2019t have changed it!<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-77179-step-4-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">YUM!
