The best Disney snacks obviously vary according to taste, but I\u2019d like to run down my list. These are the best \u2013 and the worst \u2013snacks you can find at Walt Disney World<\/a> according to yours truly. Let\u2019s rank them from my least favorite to the best.<\/p>\n

The worst Disney snacks<\/h3>\n

Cupcakes<\/h4>\n

It’s not that they are bad. It’s just that there are so many other better options for a snack. For me, Disney’s cupcakes tend to just be too sweet.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Now, some may disagree on this, but hear me out. Disney cupcakes are a lousy snack. Yes, I said it. Don\u2019t get me wrong, they are gorgeous to look at. They are usually huge. But as far as flavor \u2013 they tend to be too sweet, at least for me.<\/p>\n

Churros<\/h4>\n

Maybe we just got a bad one, but my daughter and I were not fans of the churro.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Ok, the jury is kind of still out on this one. My husband says they are great. However, my daughter and I shared one on our last trip and it was, for lack of a better word, gross. It tasted greasy, and I was not a fan of the chocolate dipping sauce. I\u2019m going to try another one on my upcoming trip and hope this one is better.<\/p>\n

The best Disney snacks<\/h3>\n

Turkey legs<\/h4>\n

One of my husband’s favorite treats to get in Disney is the enormous turkey leg.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Ok, this is almost more of a meal than a snack, but how can you resist this monster? We\u2019ve had turkey legs other places, and they did not impress. Luckily, the Disney turkey leg is always a delicious treat. It\u2019s one of my husband\u2019s favorites! You can grab a leg at Fife and Drum Tavern in EPCOT<\/a>; Liberty Square Market, Prince Eric\u2019s Village Market, and Tortuga Tavern in Magic Kingdom<\/a>, and Yak & Yeti Quality Beverages in Animal Kingdom<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mickey pretzels<\/h4>\n

Doesn’t everything taste better when it’s Mickey shaped? I have to get at least one Mickey pretzel each trip.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Everything tastes better when it\u2019s Mickey shaped and these pretzels are the perfect example of that. When your tummy is rumbling, there\u2019s nothing better than a warm Mickey pretzel and some cheese sauce to fill you up and keep you energized. These are also easy to find in all four parks.<\/p>\n

Mickey bars<\/h4>\n

One of my favorite photos to take each trip is my Mickey bar after I’ve taken the first bite.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Delicious and totally instagrammable, the Mickey bar is a tradition for me. I must have at least one every trip, and I must get of photo of it after I\u2019ve bitten off one ear. It\u2019s just required. It\u2019s a perfect mid-afternoon treat. Cool and delicious, it will give you a little sugar boost and hold you over until dinner. They are super easy to find from cart vendors in every park.<\/p>\n

School bread<\/h4>\n

School bread! Do you love it or hate it? It’s one of my must have snacks.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I feel like people are pretty divided on this treat. You either love it or you don\u2019t at all understand its appeal. Found at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway pavilion in EPCOT, school bread is a mildly sweet and kind of dry cardamom roll filled with custard and topped with coconut. I personally love it because it brings back memories of a similar bread my Finnish grandmother used to make.<\/p>\n

Anything from Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie<\/h4>\n

This raspberry mousse cake (framboise) is one of my daughter’s favorite snacks. You can get it at the French bakery in EPCOT.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Ok, we haven\u2019t tried everything from Les Halles \u2013 yet \u2013 but everything we\u2019ve tried so far has been delicious! My daughter loves the framboise, a yummy raspberry mousse cake. I\u2019m a fan of the brioche chocolat \u2013 a buttery brioche bun stuffed with chocolate. Les Halles<\/a> is located in the France pavilion in EPCOT.<\/p>\n

Cinnamon rolls<\/h4>\n

This monster cinnamon roll is truly breakfast for two people. And it’s Mickey shaped, so you know it just tastes better than a normal cinnamon roll.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

If I\u2019m not having Mickey waffles for breakfast, I want one of these. My favorite is the giant cinnamon roll from Gaston\u2019s Tavern in Magic Kingdom. It\u2019s seriously as big as the plate and plenty for two people to share. The colossal Mickey shaped cinnamon roll from Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery in Animal Kingdom is also pretty good and gets bonus points for being Mickey shaped. It, too, is big enough to share.<\/p>\n

Dole Whip<\/h4>\n

Ahhhh, the Dole whip float. It is my absolute favorite Disney snack. The trip just doesn’t feel right until I’ve had one.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

This is, by far, my favorite Disney snack. It’s an absolute winner and the best Disney snack in my book. Pineapple Dole Whip, straight up, no vanilla swirl. And you can enjoy it three ways \u2013 in a dish by itself, as part of a delicious float with pineapple juice, or on top of some yummy pineapple upside cake. You just can\u2019t go wrong with this sweet treat! You can find it at Aloha Isle in the Magic Kingdom and several resort locations including Pineapple Lanai at the Polynesian Resort.<\/p>\n

So there you have it – my list of the best and worst Disney snacks. Note that most, but not all, of these delicious treats are also snack credits if you are on the Disney Dining Plan.<\/p>\n
