In the United States, January 18th was National Winnie the Pooh Day! If you happen to be on a Disney vacation, there are a couple of ways you can celebrate those iconic characters, no matter what day it is.<\/p>\n
At the Disneyland Resort, you\u2019ll want to start in Disneyland Park<\/a>. Go to the land known as Critter Country, and ride The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. This attraction does not have FastPass<\/a>, but the line to ride is very rarely long. Board your beehive and enjoy a tame, family-friendly dark ride suitable for all heights.<\/p>\n Winnie the Pooh meeting a young fan<\/em><\/p>\n When you\u2019re done, you might find a rumbly in your tummy, so be sure to head to Pooh Corner, where delicious sweets, many of them made in-house, are on display. Even if you\u2019re not in the mood for a sweet snack, this shop is worth a stop so that you can browse or buy merchandise themed towards the Hundred Acre Wood and its inhabitants.<\/p>\n Although the meet-and-greet lineup is subject to change, you can often find Pooh and his friends meeting guests, posing for photos and signing autographs nearby. Be sure to check the Disneyland app to see where they\u2019ll be during your visit!<\/p>\n Tigger meets a young fan in the Crystal Palace<\/em><\/p>\n The Magic Kingdom<\/a> is going to be your best bet to celebrate Pooh Bear and his friends. Start by heading to Fantasyland, where you can ride The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Although the ride is similar to its Disneyland counterpart, there are a few notable differences. First of all, this ride features FastPass+, and during busy times, the long can get quite long. Luckily, there is a very kid-friendly, fun interactive queue, where kids can check out Eeyore\u2019s House, take a peek at Rabbit\u2019s garden, and draw in \u201choney.\u201d (Even the parents will like this! Editor’s Note: Bring hand sanitizer!<\/em>) Also, here, you\u2019ll board honey pots to take you through the Hundred Acre Wood.<\/p>\n This being Walt Disney World, as you exit the ride you\u2019ll find yourself right next to Hundred Acre Goods, where you will find all sorts of merchandise themed towards Pooh and his friends.<\/p>\n Eeyore in the Crystal Palace<\/em><\/p>\n Not very far away, you can visit Winnie the Pooh and Tigger at Pooh\u2019s Thotful Spot, a meet-and-greet location. The two cuddly friends will pose for photos and sign autograph books.<\/p>\n If you\u2019re hungry, I hope you made reservations at Crystal Palace<\/a>, the beautiful Victorian restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A.
