Tony\u2019s Town Square Restaurant<\/a>, located in the Magic Kingdom<\/a> on Main Street, U.S.A<\/a>, offers a dining package that includes a meal and VIP viewing of the Festival of Fantasy Parade<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Festival of Fantasy Parade Package<\/h2>\n

The dining package is one dining credit with the Disney Dining Plan.\u00a0 The current cost of this package is $49 for adults and $19 for children ages 3-9 if paying out of pocket.\u00a0 With this package, diners can select any appetizer, entr\u00e9e, and dessert.\u00a0 Vouchers for the VIP viewing are given during the meal to be used for the parade at the nearby viewing area.<\/p>\n

The Atmosphere of Tony\u2019s Town Square<\/h2>\n

Tony\u2019s Town Square has a Lady and the Tramp theme.\u00a0 A keen eye will spot a heart in the pavement with Lady and Tramp\u2019s footprint outside the restaurant.<\/p>\n

There is an outdoor seating area that sits directly off Main Street.\u00a0 The restaurant blends well with the Turn Of The Century atmosphere of Main Street, U.S.A.<\/p>\n

The indoor seating area has many Lady and Tramp references.\u00a0 While waiting for a table, guests can enjoy watching The Lady and the Tramp.<\/p>\n

The Lady and the Tramp fountain is a focal point of the restaurant.\u00a0 Artwork throughout the restaurant is inspired by the movie.<\/p>\n

Even the restroom doors include Tramp or Lady!<\/p>\n

The Food of Tony\u2019s Town Square<\/h2>\n

Tony\u2019s Town Square is modeled after the Italian restaurant in The Lady and the Tramp movie, and the menu is Italian inspired.\u00a0 I think of Tony\u2019s Town Square to be a solid \u201cAmerican\u201d Italian Restaurant rather than a true \u201cItalian\u201d Italian restaurant.\u00a0 I personally prefer Via Napoli<\/a> and Tutto Italia<\/a>\u00a0at Epcot<\/a> for Italian cuisine, but in the Magic Kingdom Tony\u2019s is the best place to enjoy Italian food.<\/p>\n

The meal started with fresh bread and dipping oil.\u00a0 Delicious!<\/p>\n

I enjoyed the House Salad for my appetizer.\u00a0 This was mixed greens, tomatoes, olives, salami, peppers, and shaved Romano cheese with an Italian Vinaigrette dressing.\u00a0 It was a generous portion, and the dressing was just right in quality and quantity.<\/p>\n

To go with the Lady and the Tramp theme and to enjoy some comfort food, I ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs as my entr\u00e9e.\u00a0 Mama Mia!\u00a0 This was a huge portion, but it was tasty and the meatballs had a light texture.\u00a0 I don\u2019t mind a lot of sauce, but selective diners might want to request sauce on the side to control the amount.<\/p>\n

Dessert was a seasonal Peppermint Cheesecake that was to die for!<\/p>\n

The VIP Viewing of the Festival of Fantasy Parade<\/h2>\n

After my meal, I had enough time to do some shopping on Main Street.\u00a0 Because I had the VIP viewing, I did not have to worry about staking out a parade spot long in advance.\u00a0 Shortly before the parade started, I made my way over toward the flagpole area of Main Street and easily had a front row view of the parade.\u00a0 The VIP area was not overcrowded, and a Cast Member checked to be sure everyone there had a dining package voucher.<\/p>\n

The view from the VIP viewing area was spectacular!<\/p>\n

Final Thoughts<\/h2>\n

Seeing the Festival of Fantasy Parade was a priority for me.\u00a0 Having a fantastic viewing area in which I did not have to hold a place long before the parade started was convenient.\u00a0 The meal was good, and provided a sit down break from touring the park.\u00a0 I would not hesitate to use the Tony’s Town Square Festival of Fantasy Parade Package again if I want to enjoy an all inclusive meal and a good parade view.<\/p>\n
