To start your journey off, head to Pandora- The World Of Avatar<\/a>. \u00a0Here the whole family can enjoy a ride along the Na\u2019Vi River. \u00a0This ride is located within the Valley of Mo\u2019ara and offers views that can\u2019t be beat. \u00a0Coast through caves, take in unique plants and creatures of the rainforest. \u00a0The whole family will enjoy this breathtaking experience.<\/p>\n

\"Animal<\/p>\n

Enjoying the Safari Ride<\/strong><\/p>\n

From the World of Avatar to the African Safaris, the family is sure to be amazed. \u00a0Enjoy a ride on the Kilimanjaro Safari<\/a>. \u00a0This 18 minute ride through the Harambe Wildlife Reserve will give families a look at African animals in their natural habitats. \u00a0From the fierce lions of the pride lands to the graceful giraffes, riders will see a variety of different animals right outside their truck. \u00a0Each trip is a different experience. \u00a0Try it out in the evening to see different animals and experience new sights.<\/p>\n

The Wildlife Express Train<\/a> is another option for families. \u00a0This ride will take guests to Rafiki\u2019s Planet Watch and is about a 7-minute ride. \u00a0Once there guests can experience the preservation and conservation that Disney is working on in Animal Kingdom. \u00a0Along the train ride, you are able to see housing for animals as well as the veterinary facilities for some of the animals.<\/p>\n

Tri<\/strong>ceraTop Spin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finally, families can enjoy a spin together on TriceraTop Spin<\/a>. \u00a0Soar into the sky on a baby Triceratop. \u00a0Kids will enjoy the excitement of flying high. \u00a0They can also be the masters of their ride as they can control the height of the dinosaur as well as the tilt of it. \u00a0This classic ride is sure to bring a smile to the faces of families.<\/p>\n

Those are the main family friendly rides at Animal Kingdom. \u00a0Heading on over to Disney\u2019s Hollywood Studios next to see what rides they offer the whole family.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately with the construction at Hollywood Studios, family ride options are limited. \u00a0This doesn\u2019t mean there aren\u2019t things for families to do here. \u00a0Instead these activities just might not be rides. \u00a0On the positive side, with the opening up of Toy Story Land sometime in the future, it would seem like more family friendly rides would be coming.<\/p>\n

\"Hollywood<\/p>\n

Toy Story Mania<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main family friendly ride in Disney\u2019s Hollywood Studios is Toy Story Mania<\/a>. \u00a0As you step into Andy\u2019s room you will grab your 3D glass and make your way to your carnival ride like tram. \u00a0Equipped with a spring action shooter families are now ready to compete against one another in a fun, fast-paced games. \u00a0There are five games throughout the ride where guests are asked to shoot at different items. \u00a0This will leave families laughing and coming back for more.<\/p>\n

As of right now this is the only true family ride at Hollywood Studios. \u00a0Although some families are able to enjoy Star Tours together, this isn\u2019t for everyone and does have a height requirement. \u00a0Like stated earlier, this doesn\u2019t mean the Hollywood Studios doesn\u2019t have things for families to do, they are just much more show focused.<\/p>\n

When planning your trip to Walt Disney World with your family, don\u2019t miss out on these rides that everyone can enjoy together at Disney\u2019s Animal Kingdom and Disney\u2019s Hollywood Studios.<\/p>\n
