November 14 was National Spicy Guacamole Day \u2013 a day for all the avocado lovers like me to celebrate. And what better place to celebrate your love of guacamole than Disneyland, the happiest place on earth! Which means there\u2019s no better place to get your guac on than Tortilla Jo\u2019s located in Downtown Disney at the Disneyland Resort.<\/p>\n

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Tortilla Jo\u2019s and sample their delicious south-of-the-border fare, including the delectable freshly-prepared tableside guacamole, at a special event for bloggers.<\/p>\n

Tortilla Jo\u2019s menu includes a variety of Mexican favorites.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The evening started with the Baja Ceviche appetizer.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

A Guacamole Day celebration wouldn\u2019t be complete without chips and salsa.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

You know it\u2019s going to be a good night when a cart full of fresh guacamole ingredients rolls-up!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The star of the show \u2013 freshly made guacamole!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

There\u2019s nothing like a refreshing pitcher of Margaritas to wash down your guacamole.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The Huaraches were delicious.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We sampled a trio of Enchiladas, starting with the Enchiladas Suizas.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Followed by the Enchiladas de Mole.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Next up were the Seafood Enchiladas.<\/p>\n

\"Guacamole\"<\/p>\n

Last, but not least, were the Tacos de Pollo<\/p>\n

By this point, I was so full I needed a wheel barrow to roll me out of Tortilla Jo\u2019s! Everything I tried was delicious, but the fresh tableside guac was really the star of the show. You can\u2019t go wrong with fresh avocados, and it was a real treat to have it prepared right at our table. This was the perfect way to celebrate National Spicy Guacamole Day at the Disneyland Resort.<\/p>\n
