border: 3px solid black;\" title=\"Via-Napoli\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Via-Napoli5-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Via-Napoli5-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Via-Napoli5.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The first part of August brought a new restaurant to Epcot.\u00a0 Located in Italy you now have another choice for a table service restaurant called Via Napoli.\u00a0 They\u2019re located at the back of Italy just past their other restaurant, Tutto Italia.<\/p>\n<p>As you enter the lobby, you\u2019re able to see directly into the restaurant and kitchen due to the glass walls.\u00a0 Be sure to look up, though, as the chandelier is magnificent with many pieces of glass fruit hanging from it.\u00a0\u00a0 While waiting for your table you can watch the chefs at work, twirling their pizza dough like the best of them.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/light1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-24993 alignright\" style=\"margin: 5px 10px; border: 3px solid black;\" title=\"light\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/light1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/light1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/light1.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As you enter the restaurant you\u2019ll see one very large table in the center, perfect for a large group, or where they might seat you with other families sharing the table.\u00a0 One side of the restaurant is the open kitchen, where the wall consists of three pizza ovens named Stromboli, Vesuvio and Etna.\u00a0 Now, I have to say, these are rather creepy to see as they are made to resemble Roman god-like faces.\u00a0 I could have just done with a regular pizza oven without the faces to go with them.\u00a0 There is also an outdoor seating area although I didn&#8217;t see anyone out there so I&#8217;m not sure there were using it that day.\u00a0 It was terribly hot out so I&#8217;m not sure it was the place to be anyway.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/via-Napoli11.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-24995\" style=\"margin: 5px 10px; border: 3px solid black;\" title=\"via-Napoli1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/via-Napoli11-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/via-Napoli11-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/via-Napoli11.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Via Napoli\u2019s specialty is pizza.\u00a0 They\u2019ve recreated spring water that is suppose to be very close to water in Italy, which they say is the key to the pizza dough.\u00a0 They\u2019ve imported water from a spring in Pennsylvania and added minerals to make it as close to the Italian water as possible.\u00a0\u00a0 Their pizza comes in three sizes:\u00a0 small, large and \u00bd meter.\u00a0 It was just my daughter and I, so the server said large was the perfect size for two.\u00a0 Well, he was wrong\u2014try maybe four.\u00a0 We had more than enough pizza and if we\u2019d wanted to carry it around we could have had dinner as well.\u00a0 However, it was excellent and I really wish I could have eaten more.\u00a0 We had pepperoni, which had a great taste, however, my daughter felt like it was too greasy and used several napkins to blot up the grease.\u00a0 I might say I can agree with her on that part although it wasn\u2019t as bad to me as she seemed to think, I really don\u2019t like to see grease standing on top of anything.\u00a0 Next time I\u2019ll just try something other than pepperoni, which I\u2019m sure is what produced said grease.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/pizza1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-24997\" style=\"margin: 5px 10px;
