This dish is a lot sweeter than the sesame chicken you may get at your local Chinese restaurant, but it&#8217;s a delicious departure. The Nine Dragons Honey Sesame Chicken is also something that I know I can make on the fly, because I usually have all of these ingredients in my kitchen already. Beat the egg white and it it along with the water and oil. Mix all of the ingredients until they are well blended. Mix together the rest of the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl, add in the chicken and stir it to make sure the chicken is all coated. Then cover and let it marinade for 10 minutes. You will want to heat a large wok or saucepan with about two inches of vegetable oil. Then add on some sesame seeds and\/or green onions for garnish. I&#8217;ll be honest, I was so excited to eat this that I skipped the garnish so I could eat it more quickly. It is wonderfully savory and sweet, and the textures are versatile from the soft chicken and the crunchy exterior.<\/p>\n<p>This dish is a big hit with my children. My only suggestion is that you can probably leave out the sugar from the honey sauce, because the honey already makes it so sweet. This dish is best served alongside some rice and steamed broccoli. Even having tripled the recipe, we did not have a lot leftover.
